Welcome back to the Neurophilia Podcast! In today's episode, we are discussing the subspecialty of behavioral/cognitive neurology and the growing movement of neuro-humanities. Joining us for this conversation is Dr. Michael Stanley. After receiving his undergraduate degree at Harvard College, Michael P.H. Stanley matriculated to Tufts University School of Medicine's Maine Track Program to learn from patients and clinicians in his beloved home state. He returned to Boston for the Mass General Brigham Neurology Residency, followed by a neuropsychiatry/behavioral neurology fellowship at the Brigham & Women's Hospital. Dr. Stanley is a prolific author and widely-sought speaker and has become one of the country's leading advocates for the medical humanities & arts.
